Laminated mold technology is different from ordinary injection mold technology. It uses mold cutting-edge technology, that is, multiple pairs of mold clamping directions in the mold cavity are arranged overlapping. The mold usually has multiple sub-surfaces, and each parting line can be arranged with one or Multiple cavities. Simply put, the stacking mold is equivalent to more sub-single mold stacking, injection molding installation on the injection molding machine. The stacking mold structure is composed of the stacking mold hot runner system, special template system, bearing guide system, bidirectional eject System, consisting of an open multi-system clamping linkage system.
The laminated mold technology has the following characteristics:
1. The production efficiency of laminated mold is better than traditional single-layer or multi-mold, and injection molding is significantly reduced. From the perspective of structural characteristics, the sub-cavity stacking mold has various combinations in the mold, and the injection molding equipment can make full use of general production. The filling, packaging and cooling time of the mold is the same as that of a single mold, which determines that the productivity of the mold will be multiple or even more than that of the ordinary single mold, which greatly improves the product output per unit time.
2. Stacked molds can be installed on the same single-mold injection molding machine without investing in additional machinery and equipment, thereby saving the cost of machinery, equipment, factories and new labor.
3. Laminated mold manufacturing requirements are basically the same as ordinary molds. According to statistics, the manufacturing cycle of the two-layer mold is 5% to 10% shorter than the manufacturing cycle of the two sub-single molds.
The shape of the laminated mold is suitable for mass production of large flat products, small multi-wall thin products, the larger the volume, the lower the product production cost.
